What to Bring for Pet Boarding in Orchard Park, NY
Feeding
We can provide quality pet food for our canine guests; however, we do realize that cats and some dogs have special dietary preferences or needs. Owners are encouraged to bring special diets and feeding instructions for any pet with special feeding preferences. We are able to refrigerate and warm foods as needed for our guests.
Bedding and Toys
While our kennel floors are heated, we also provide sufficient bedding and matting for each pet and make every effort to monitor their personal belongings. We can provide a variety of toys to play and snuggle with and you are certainly welcome to bring a favorite toy from home. We do recommend, however, that any pet item you consider valuable or non-replaceable be kept at home.
Essential Items
Vaccination Documents
Please bring copies of current vaccination records for each of your pets staying with us. You may also have your veterinarian fax them to our reception office prior to your stay. Vaccination records may be faxed to (585) 676-3110.
Medications
Medications are administered at no extra charge with the exception of injections, which are administered for a nominal fee. We specifically request that all medication be brought to us in their original containers with content, dosage, and prescribing veterinarian clearly marked. To be sure of what medications we are dispensing and that each pet consumes medications as prescribed by your veterinarian, we ask that medications please not be added to prepackaged diets from home.
